AGENT SECTION MEETING
Agent Section Chair Erica Hallmark has scheduled an Agent Section business meeting on Tuesday, June 4, at 3 p.m. The meeting will take place at the La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, in conjunction with TLTA's Annual Conference and Business Meeting. All TLTA members employed by independent title agents are encouraged to attend and participate in this meeting, during which we will elect officers and conduct any other necessary business. It is anticipated that the meeting will last no longer than 30 minutes.
CONFERENCE EVALUATION
The online Post-Conference Survey will be sent to all conference attendees after the Conference. We appreciate your feedback!
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
CE credit is available for Escrow Officers, Attorneys, and Realtors needing to meet certification requirements. The Onsite Conference Program will list the number of CE hours available for each educational session. See a one-page flyer about CE here.
EXHIBITOR PASSPORT AND GRAND PRIZE ENTRY
Passport Cards can be found in the registration packed you receive at check-in. To be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, you must obtain at least 25 exhibitor signatures on your Passport Card. Turn in your card at the TLTA Registration Desk by Tuesday at Noon to be included in the drawing at the Closing Breakfast on Wednesday, June 5.
- Grand Prize: $500 Southwest Airlines Gift Card, One Full Registration for TLTA's 2025 Annual Conference, June 8-11 in Nashville, TN, and a Complimentary Suite at the Omni Nashville for up to three nights during the 2025 Annual Conference.
EXHIBITS
Located in the San Antonio Grand Ballroom, the Sponsor Marketplace offers a variety of new and innovative technologies and services.
Exhibitors will be set and ready Monday, June 3 at Noon and available until Tuesday, June 4 at Noon. Don't forget to have your Exhibitor Passport ready for signatures to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing, held at the Closing Breakfast on Wednesday, June 5.

GOLF CLUBS
The valet at the La Cantera Resort is prepared to take golf clubs, tag them, and transport them to the La Cantera Golf Club on your behalf when you arrive to the hotel.
HANDOUTS
In an effort to go GREEN, most of our conference handouts are available electronically on the Mobile Conference Page. Attendees may access the schedule and session handouts during, and after the Conference.
HOUSING
TLTA has contracted blocks of rooms at the La Cantera Resort as well as overflow blocks at nearby properties to accommodate conference attendees.
Convention Housing Management (CHM) is the official Housing Agent for the TLTA Annual Conference and Business Meeting. Please notify CHM of any housing issues on site so they can be addressed and resolved: 800.941.3315 or tlta@chmrooms.com.
Why should I book my hotel with CHM?
TLTA has secured room blocks for attendees and exhibitors at various hotels to meet all tastes and budgets. These participating hotels provide discounted rates based on a guaranteed percentage of attendees staying in these official conference hotels. When you book your room with CHM, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgment of your reservation; peace of mind that you have a reservation at an official TLTA hotel at the discounted rate; and the ability to cancel or change that reservation if needed.
When rooms are booked outside our official hotel block or you do not use CHM, TLTA is exposed to penalties for not fulfilling our room block commitments. So please help TLTA keep conference costs down by staying at the official hotels. We think you will find the increased networking opportunities, quality hotel services, and amenities worth it!

Items may be turned in or claimed at the TLTA Registration Desk located in the San Antonio Grand Ballroom Foyer at the La Cantera Resort. To report a lost item, email us at tlta@tlta.com. To inquire about a lost item after the Conference, please call the TLTA office at 512.472.6593. Items will be held for one month after the event concludes.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Need to check out of your room before attending the Closing General Session on Wednesday morning? TLTA will secure your luggage for you with an attendant. Bring your bags down to the 3rd floor with you and find luggage storage in San Miguel.
MEAL FUNCTIONS
The only meals included in the Full Ticket Purchase are Continental Breakfast with Sponsors on Tuesday morning and the President's Evening on Tuesday night. See below for additional optional meal tickets available. Please let TLTA know about any special dietary meals (Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free) during your registration process. Late notice may hinder the venue's ability to accommodate special meals.
- Monday, June 3– Breakfast and lunch are provided at the Golf Tournament. Dinner is on your own.
- Tuesday, June 4– Breakfast with be available in the Sponsorship Marketplace Tuesday morning from 7-8 AM ahead of our hot topic breakout sessions. Breakfast Tacos will be available in the Sponsor Marketplace Tuesday at 9 AM after the hot topic breakout sessions. Lunch is a ticketed event. Tickets are $50 and available to purchase onsite. The President's Evening dinner is a ticketed event at La Cantera. Tickets are $230 for members, and $260 for non-members and are available to purchase onsite.
- Wednesday, June 5– The Closing General Session and Breakfast is a ticketed event. Tickets are $40 and available to purchase onsite.

NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, TLTA's meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to TLTA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

The Conference Registration Desk is located at the La Cantera Resort on the 2nd floor in the foyer of the San Antonio Grand Ballroom. A TLTA 2024 registration badge is required to attend all Conference events. Additional ticket purchases may also be needed to attend meal functions.

UNDERWRITER SECTION MEETING
