S3 is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) which is an organization, owned by credit unions. We serve credit unions by supporting their operations and delivering world class service. We support the credit union members with their loans, deposits and other financial needs to achieve their goals.
This position will provide various levels of support to multiple functional areas within the Deposit Operations. Types of support they will perform in this role are uploading/scanning/indexing documents, processing incoming and outgoing mail including FedEx (sorting, opening, distribution, handling return mail, entering change of addresses into DNA, validating Member information for Subpoenas, FIFA’s, Garnishments, Survivor packages/Death Claims etc.) maintaining equipment/copier toner supplies and/or repair requests, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provide support for Intra-departmental operations.
Receive (Enter into mail log, open, distribute) and send FedEx packages
Uploading /Scanning/Indexing
Collect, sort, and deliver internal mail.
Collect and prepare outgoing mail for varying areas within the department for internal and/or remote co-workers
Sort, open and deliver external mail to the appropriate functional areas within the department.
Deliver messages and packages as required
Validate Member information in DNA
Receive and respond to employee inquiries.
Additional job-related projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary
Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail
Prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs
Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to multi-task in other areas of the department
Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team
Cheerful outlook and collaborative
Ability to function in a changing environment

Work Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines.
