So, @GetSpectrum I understand your call volume being higher than normal. WhT I don’t understand is the misinformation on your app and website I can log in to my account to chnge my WiFi password. The connections are slow and bad and may be getting pirated.

@LindaPolley @GetSpectrum That’s what I have to get. I had to shut everything off and I spoke with an rep there explaining I’m a senior on a fixed income and need to cut down inessential expenses. He never mentioned there was this option! I’m still paying full price and I’m 72.

@Ask_Spectrum I was finally able to get help with my WiFi network settings. Very unclear, however, with the instructions. You should set up a dashboard for your customers so we can easily access our information.

@GetSpectrum there is no “down arrow” to click when I pull up my router. Just instructions to reset it. Charter had a very clear pane that showed you which network is on and what the password is. All I want is the information that SHOULD already be on your website! 😡

Well @Ask_Spectrum screwed me over big time . I asked for insurance on my iPad Pro .. as well as my iPhone ... my iPhone insurance is good but it was never added to my iPad .. well iPad got stolen I called they told me I don’t have it even though I asked for it .

wow, was just about to upgrade my @GetSpectrum internet to Gig-a decent monthly rate-my click to chat rep says “oh, there’s a $199.99 activation fee.” Huh? Buried that lead. Not for me. I’m an existing customer. Beware the 200 buck “activation fee” from #SPECTRUM. @Ask_Spectrum
